It is called Sushi Tsu's. You should go if you're near enough! here is their website: http://www.sushitsu.com/fr_home.cfm I recommend going during early bird hours (if possble). The menu is slight cheaper and the meals include fried rice. Regular dinner hours there's a $2.50 upcharge. At least that's how it was when we last went!
Oh that looks just like the stuff from the Hibachi restaurants. I think I have to give this a try.

DeleteI've never been to a Hibachi resto, but we did have a real Japanese hibachi pot when I was growing up that my parents used as a BBQ.
