I like this idea! Our children are grown and gone but they do come in some and we never know when. This way we could use package small and use as we need! Thanks for the info.
I wonder if you can "flash freeze" chicken breast like you can fruit, etc. and then there wouldn't be a need for more than one bag. Freeze them on a tray for a little bit, then when you put them in a bag and then they don't stick together. I haven't heard of anyone doing this, but I have seen packages of frozen chicken in the stores that have all the breasts (or tenders) in a bag, but you can take them out individually. So I do wonder if it would be okay to do it at home as well.
