Creative Bioscience Challenge: Part 3





     As I mentioned a month ago, I am getting the opportunity to try out a 3 month's supply of Green Coffee Bean from Creative Bioscience and share the results with my readers.

     So, it's been a month and what have I achieved? Not much. My weight has fluctuated a lot over the last month. I couldn't say that's because of these pills, but I was hoping they would have helped some.
     We have had 2 birthdays and a Valentines Day this month, so you can imagine a few too many opportunies to indulge. So maybe I should be happy with the results I've gotten so far.

So, today my stats are:
weight - 175 (-1 lb) 
waist - 43" (-2 in.?...unless I measured wrong...)
BMI - 29.1 (-.2)

     So, a very slight loss. Hopefully I'll do better this next month. Although I must add it is very difficult to remember to take the pills 30 minutes before meals. Right before would be much easier to handle. 30 minutes before I'm usually right in the middle of cooking. Chopping stuff on a cutting board while watching 2-3 things on the stove...how in the world am I supposed to rememeber to take a pill in the middle of that?
      So I'm off to a much rockier start than I hoped, but hopefully I'll have something better to report in 4 weeks!

  1. I would have issues remembering too... but a loss is a loss, so congrats :)

  2. The inches loss is still great! When I was on a weight loss program, I noticed I lost several inches before I ever lost a single pound.

    1. I hope that's what it is, Brooke, and not just that I measured wrong! I didn't know you could lose inches without losing weight--unless maybe you're doing strength training.

  4. I love that you are honest, it is hard to lose weight, but you can do it just focus on your goal. I workout every day and when I do not want to, I look at my little one to remind myself that I want to be around for my kids for a long time.

  5. I would definitely have a hard time remembering to take one 30 minutes before too. I think it may be worth a try though.

  6. 30 minutes before a meal is a very busy time. You might try setting a timer to remind you. I have to use a list or set a timer for everything. lol

  7. I am doing the challenge too. I had a rough start also, but I am getting better and my appetite has decreased considerbly.

    1. Cool. Are you doing the green coffee bean also, or one of the others? I had a hard time deciding between the coffee bean and the raspberry keytone. I may have to try it on my own when I'm done with this. :-)
